Car Show Sunday Benefits Sikh Community, Lt. Murphy

Event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Classic Lanes, across the street from the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin.

 

A car show Sunday at Classic Lanes, 7501 S. Howell Ave., will benefit the Sikh community and police Lt. Brian Murphy.

The show will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. All makes, models, and car clubs are welcome.

The event is across the street from the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, more than a month after a shooting rampage left six people dead and four others wounded.

The FBI recently honored Classic Lanes for shutting down to the public for two days after the shootings and providing temple members food and drink and a place to gather.

Kindly write SIKH Gurudwara instead of SIKh temple when ever mentioned SIKH place of worship.Confirm from the local Sikhs regarding my request
