Drunk Drivers Not Getting the Message

Friday, May 4 –

• If you lost a BMX bike, one was found near Piggly-Wiggly, so give the police department a call.

• A 47 year old Big Bend man was arrested for his third drunk driving offense near Racine Ave. and Hillendale Dr.

Saturday, May 5 –

• A 36 year old Wind Lake man was arrested for drunk driving near Janesville Rd. and Lannon Dr.

• Unknown subject(s) entered a shed in the S6900 block of Dover La. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

• A sign was stolen from a lot in the area of Loomis Rd. and Loomis Dr.

Sunday, May 6 –

• A 48 year old Muskego man was arrested for his fourth drunk driving offense in the W18500 block of Janesville Rd., after he dumped his motorcycle in front of a squad.

• A 29 year old Wind Lake woman was arrested for drunk driving in the area of STH 36 and Loomis Dr.

Monday May 7 – A 16 year old girl and 14 year old boy, both from Mukwonago, were arrested for shoplifting at Kohl’s Department Store.

Tuesday, May 8 –

• A homeowner in the S110000 block of Racine Ave. was cited for a burning violation after someone at the residence lit a fire outside and then left. As we get into yard cleanup season, remember that all fires MUST be attended at all times; wind speed at Mitchell Field must be under 15mph; fires must be at least 30 feet from all ditches, waterways, and buildings; and if the smoke from your fire bothers someone, you must put it out.

Thursday, May 10 –

• A third shift officer noticed an occupied vehicle in the area of Linksway Ct. and Jimmy Demaret Dr. which seemed suspicious. He investigated and ended up arresting a 21 year old Franklin man for possession of marijuana.

• A 53 year old Franklin man was arrested for drunk driving in the area of Tess Corners Dr. and Flintlock Tr.
