Muskego Mom Facing Child Porn Charges Requests More Time

Latest appearance by Annmarie Schulte puts case on hold for another month.

A 37-year-old Muskego woman facing multiple charges after she allegedly took sexually explicit pictures of a young girl and sent them to a man she met online has requested more time during her latest court appearance.

Annmarie Schulte has requested an extension through her attorney to allow for more time for discovery. She had waived her right to a preliminary hearing earlier in October, and will be scheduled for another general hearing on January 18. She has been charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child. If convicted, she faces up to 200 years in prison.

Schulte met a man named "David" on a fetish website and allegedly sent naked pictures of the young girl, who is a family member.

The woman’s husband discovered emails between his wife and a man named "David" where the man would talk about objectifying the girl for sexual pleasure and binding them up.

revealed that Police confirmed no other children were involved.

"At this point in the investigation there is nothing to indicate that there are any victims outside of the immediate family. There is also no present/immediate danger to any children at this time," Muskego Police Capt. John La Tour stated.

The woman is currently at Waukesha County Jail on $50,000 cash bond.
