Muskego Men Charged After Getting Ice Cream and Then Shooting Up Heroin
Suspects go to Waterford to get some food and use heroin, but one of them overdoses after injecting himself.
Three Muskego men are facing charges after they went to go get ice cream then shoot up heroin in Waterford Tuesday.
Nicholas Michael Diels, 19, Nicholas D. Sullivan, 18 and Darren J. Gauthier, 20 were charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, Diels and Gauthier face up to 3 ½ years in prison and Sullivan faces up to four years in prison.
According to the criminal complaint:
Racine County sheriff’s deputies were called to the 900 block of West Main Street after Diels passed out and wasn’t breathing. Sullivan said Diels had just injected heroin in his car, then showed a deputy his shoe, which had a secret compartment containing morphine.
Sullivan said he picked up Diels and Gauthier and they went to get heroin, then went to Uncle Harry’s Ice Cream. They then went to find a place to shoot up, but Diels passed out 15 seconds after injecting himself with heroin.
Officers found paraphernalia for using heroin inside Sullivan’s car, along with a bag of marijuana, added a charge of possession of THC against him.
All three are currently being held in Racine County Jail on cash bond.

When will these kids ever learn. My heart goes out to the parents that must be petrified waiting for that "call". There's nothing worse than burying your own child.

Does it matter Jaden if one of the facts is wrong? You claim to be a friend? The fact is they were shooting heroin. I also know one of these boys. He sat with me less then a two weeks ago and told me he was no longer doing drugs. I have tried and tried, listened, preached, comforted him during some of his struggles. It appears it wasn't enough. What did you do as a friend, before they went to the "gas station"? Did you take the drugs and toss them? Did you tell them this is not the life they need to live? Did you call their parents and tell them their sons were putting themselves in danger? NO, you didn't! A friend is one who lays down his life for another without thinking of himself. You have a long life hopefully in front of you, I pray that your decisions in the future will be wiser. I bet ten to one each of them is thinking that a single scoop of creamy ice cream would taste so good right now!

Jaden you must be a druggie too then if you hang out with them. Not a good friend you are. You should try to get them help. Your a looser yourself. I can tell by your public display of language. I hope you get your head on straight soon or you will be in a cell right next to them.
