A 54-year-old woman was killed as she was walking across a traffic lane on Interstate 43 after experiencing car troubles, according to Patch's media partners, WISN 12 News.
The accident happened around 5:30 a.m. Saturday near Racine Avenue in New Berlin, WISN 12 News is reporting.
Today's TMJ4 is reporting that the woman is from Waukesha.
