Building on YES.
I recently met another Chamber Exec over coffee. We discussed some of our best practices, we stumbled on a few challenges and we both decided that our challenges had to be met with YES.
In the last few weeks after that conversation, Yes has been forefront on my mind when I get a question from membership. Yes we can make this better and Yes we can do what businesses are asking. There is always a way to a YES.
Molding our YES thoughts and efforts and how we can make things happen for our member businesses is certainly a proactive approach. YES it takes more time and creative thinking, but the No's shut down the conversation of possibly getting to and building on YES.
Have you thought YES this week when dealing with daily challenges, customer requests and new thought?
