I had the same problem with my laptop and I was wondering if it was a driver issue for my 2nd external monitor when viewing pictures in Windows Photo Viewer, it would show the picture with a Orange/Yellow background and not look crisp like the other screen.  Here is the fix for this, very easy to do!

Go to Control Panel > Color Management

Within the Color Management, pick the corresponding display (if you have more than one display). Enable check “Use my settings for this device”, then go to “Add…”

Select “sRGB IEC61966-2.1” click OK

Now make sure you set the new ICC Profiles “sRGB IEC61966-2.1” to default, by clicking “Set as Default Profile”

Now if you go back and view the image again woha ! You now have a clear image displays all the color correctly.

Hope that helps if you ever need to change and fix the display. Sometimes the problem is not where you think might be at.
