Charity Event No Ordinary Fashion Show
Planning is under way for the sixth-annual Refashion for Life.
An upcoming charity fashion show will have all the hottest new clothing looks—but it doesn't stop there.
The sixth annual "Refashion for Life" combines clothing with fashionable products for the home, including countertops, cabinetry, windows, plumbing and light fixtures, flooring and hardware.
Planning is under way now for the event, set for 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11 at Callen Construction's Muskego showroom and company grounds, S63 W13131 Janesville Road.
All proceeds benefit CommonGround Ministry/Elena's House in Wauwatosa, which provides support to people affected by HIV/AIDS. Tickets are $40 and are for sale online.
In addition to the runway show, the event features a silent and voice auction for sports and entertainment tickets, boutique certificates and more.
Lynee Ruiz, the Fashionista Writer for Milwaukee Magazine, is coordinating the fashion show and serving as emcee.
