Construction At Belle Chasse Subdivision In Full Swing
The second phase of the subdivision will include 39 new lots.
Construction vehicles are out in full force at the Belle Chasse subdivision off Durham Drive, as work on the development's second phase begins.
The developer of the subdivision is planning 39 new lots for this phase of the work, and another 40 lots during a third phase.
Residents previously voiced concerns about the traffic impact of the construction, particularly safety issues of 50 or so children who live there.
