E. Coli Closes Idle Isle Beach
The beach closed Thursday and will remain that way until further notice.
Idle Isle Beach is closed until further notice due to high levels of the E. coli bacteria, according to the city.
The city said on its website that e. coli levels in the water pose a serious risk of illness.
The Idle Isle beach has faced problems with E. coli before, including a closure in May.
