Meeting Preview: Finance Committee Reviews Salaries for Muskego Aldermen, Municipal Judge

The Muskego Finance Committee will meet Tuesday at 6pm at, and will take up the following agenda items:

• A review of salaries for Aldermen in districts 1, 3 and 5 (currently $293.79 on a bi-weekly basis) and municipal judge ($423.08 on a bi-weekly basis)
• A recommendation of outsourcing bids for building inspection services; since the council voted to eliminate two positions in the department, Jeff Muenkel, community development director, has recommended Wisconsin Building Inspection Services to perform these services.
• A request from the to apply $7,784.71 to upgrade a van that will be used for tactical response. The money would be taken from the asset forfeiture fund.

The Finance Committee meets in the Alderman's room, which is located on the first floor of City Hall.
