Northern Gear Construction In Full Swing
Work on the 96,000-square-foot facility near Moorland Road is expected to finish late next year.
Construction of Northern Gear's new Muskego facility is well under way.
The 96,000-square-foot facility is being built in the Commerce Center, near Moorland Road and College Avenue.
Northern Gear plans to move in sometime in the winter of 2014 and will employ about 90 people there. The company manufactures gears, shafts and machined parts such as valve blocks, spools and housings.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in July. The city approved plans, which included $825,000 in incentives, earlier this year.
