Patch to be Media Sponsor for Jammin' on Janesville

We're proud to announce that Muskego Patch will be the media sponsor for this year's Jammin' on Janesville....Why didn't we think of this sooner?

This year's Jammin' on Janesville will have an official media sponsor — and we're pleased to announce it's Muskego Patch.

Muskego Patch was launched in December 2010, and Jammin' on Janesville was launched by the Chamber of Commerce in June 2011, so it seems like a natural fit that these Muskego "classmates" would eventually work together to help promote the city's businesses.

"Patch is thrilled to be part of this great community event," said Mark Maley, regional editor for Patch in Milwaukee. "Jammin' really showcases what makes Muskego special — from the spotlight on the businesses to the activities for children to the great food and music. I personally met a lot of great people at the Patch tent at last's year's event — and we look forward to doing even more this time around."

It has been Patch's goal to provide readers with the most local coverage week in and week out, and Jammin' on Janesville has been one of the best news stories to cover. "We’re excited to be partnering with Muskego Patch for Jammin’ on Janesville 2013," said Chamber Executive Director Tina Weiss. "With their extensive audience and our quality event, I believe it’s a winning combination connecting our businesses with a great community."

In turn, we're excited to be placed among the City of Muskego and ATI Physical Therapy as major sponsors for the event.

Jammin' on Janesville runs June 7, July 5 and August 2. These are the first Fridays and this year the festivities will stretch from 5 to 10 p.m., an additional hour of revelry.
