Environmental Voices: Organic Farms Tour

Rare Earth Farm is a CSA vegetable and fruit farm in Belgium. The owners will explain their organic practices and demonstrate how their “magic” works. Kay’s Home Farm Meats specializes in raising cattle just north of Cedarburg. Kay doesn’t use any antibiotics, artificial hormones or processed feeds in raising Galloway cattle which are known for producing tender beef and which we will have the opportunity to buy.
