Learn how to avoid dangerous situations and defend your yourself at WMAA.Work with Grand Master Yun and his staff to acquire easy-to-use techniques to help you stay safe. In addition to self defense techniques, you’ll learn how to fall safely—a valuable skill to have during icy Wisconsin winters.
This is perfect for women of all abilities and fitness levels. The class will startwith stretching, followed by a warm up and then demonstrate and practice different scenarios to help you gain confidence and the ability to react to a variety of situations.
Bring a buddy to practice with or work with another student. Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing.
