Low Back Pain & Sciatica Workshop!

HOW TO ELIMINATE LOW BACK PAIN
AND SCIATICA: This presentation
educates workshop attendees about the types and causes of low back pain and
sciatica, along with the preventative measures and exercises. As much as 60 to
80% of Americans will experience low back pain and/or sciatica at least once in
their lifetime and many still turn to over-the-counter and prescription drugs
or surgery to alleviate the pain. All in Attendance will learn: The
types and causes of low back pain and sciatica. The values of natural health
care, drug-free and surgery-free approach to maintaining a healthy, pain-free
lifestyle.
