About our trainer:

Yvonne Agnello-Adams is an experienced marketing and training
professional with 20 years of experience in creative integrated
marketing communications and 10 years of training experience. Originally
wanting to be a copywriter, she attended Columbia College Chicago and
obtained her B.A. in Marketing Communications. She then went on to
Northwestern University and obtained her M.S. in Integrated Marketing
Communications. Since completing the IMC program, she has worked toward
bringing synergy through marketing communications and guiding clients to
focus on sound business objectives rather than short-term marketing
goals. Yvonne has worked on such household brands including Tide, Cheer,
Sears, Quizno’s, Discover, Allstate, Ameritech, Sprint, Empire Today,
United States Postal Service, and Kraft. Her skills include strategy and
planning, team leadership development, account supervision, program
development, project management, creative collaboration, and
administrative, fiscal, and personnel management.

Although she loved working in the marketing industry, the recession
resulted in Yvonne being laid off from her job in February 2008 and
unable to find work in the marketing industry. Yvonne graduated from the
very first JCI Trainer course offered at the USJC National Convention
in St. Louis in March 2007 and went on to pursue her training career.
That course changed her life as she discovered her passion for teaching
and inspiring others. She has made it her mission to continue promoting
personal and professional development in the Jaycees and in her new
career as a professional speaker/trainer. Yvonne handles personal
training clients but also contracts with SkillPath Training, the premier
provider of business training in the United States, Canada, and
Australia. She trains over 20 topics for SkillPath, including Conflict
Management, Communicating with Diplomacy and Professionalism, Dealing
with Difficult People, and Managing Emotions.

Even though she travels extensively for work, she still dedicates
herself to the Junior Chamber movement as an official United States
Junior Chamber Alumni member and Illinois Jaycee Ambassador #261; she
currently serves as the Chief Ambassador of the Illinois Jaycee
Ambassadors, an subsidiary organization of the Illinois Jaycees which
provides training to members and judges Jaycee competitions. Yvonne
lives in Lombard, Illinois, with her new husband, Dan, their 3 cats,
Ansel, Zappy, and Mangia, and 2 birds, Prada Ann and Blahnik.JCI Greenfield is a non-profit organization of young people committed to
creating positive change in our community.  Monthly membership meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month
at 7 pm in the party room at Club Paragon, 3578 S 108th St.  Interested individuals are always welcome!
