So...bottom line is: the more manufacturers are involved with Chamber initiatives and schools, the less the "Workforce Paradox" affects them.

The more the parents of our students know about jobs available in Wisconsin and that a 4 year college degree is not always necessary to earn a great living, the easier it will be to get these jobs filled with quality people without the cost of the expensive degree.

The Chamber has initiatives with the Muskego Norway School System.  These initiatives are directly inline with helping to solve the workforce paradox.
