Crime Corner: Two Men Overdose in Separate Incidents Hours Apart

Separate but identical scenarios play out this week as two men overdose on heroin, but are resuscitated and now face charges

Police are reporting the two separate incidents where suspects overdosed on heroin within 12 hours of one another.

The first occured on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at 8:32 p.m., where rescue personnel were called to revive 39 year old Muskego man, who had suffered a heroin overdose. He was resuscitated, but now faces charges for possession of heroin.

Less than 12 hours later, the same scene played out as a call placed at 7:04 a.m. brought rescue personnel to attend to a a 17 year old Muskego boy who also suffered a heroin overdose. He was resuscitated and survived, and will face charges for heroin possession.

Friday, Sept. 21 – An officer came upon a disabled vehicle in the area of Racine Ave. and Tans Dr. The driver had struck a deer.

Saturday, Sept. 22

A traffic stop on STH 36 at US 45 led to the arrest of a 16 year old Wind Lake girl for possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 16 year old Wind Lake boy for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A homeowner in the W15300 block of Foxtail Circle reported pumpkins and flower pots from her yard smashed, as well as a bench overturned.

Sunday, Sept. 23

An officer reported several smashed pumpkins in the roadway in the area of North Cape Rd. and Schaefer Rd.

An iPhone was found in the S10800 block of Muskego Dam Rd. and turned in to the police department.

Monday, Sept. 24 – Two boys, ages 13 and 14, dented the door of a car parked in the W19800 block of Black Walnut Ct., with a projectile from an Air Soft gun. The incident was handled without charges being filed.

Thursday, Sept. 27 –

A resident in the W18500 block of Janesville Rd. reported a burglary to his garage.

An 18 year old Muskego man was arrested for absolute sobriety and his two companions, also 18 year old Muskego men, were charged with underage drinking, after a traffic stop on Woods Rd. at Nature Dr.
