Formal Swearing in For Muskego Police Chief Slated for Thursday
Craig Moser will officially take the helm at the MPD, with promotions given as well to Richard Rens to Captain, and James Rozeski to Lieutenant
The Muskego Police Department announced the formal swearing in of Muskego Police Chief Craig A. Moser on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 3 p.m., in the Muskego Room at Muskego City Hall. Moser will step into the position that Paul Geiszler retired from at the end of 2012.
In addition, Captain Richard Rens and Lieutenant James Rozeski will also be sworn in at that time.
Moser is a 28 year veteran of the department, having served as a patrol officer, patrol sergeant, and most recently captain of services. He is a 1999 graduate of Northwestern University Traffic Institute School of Police Staff and Command, as well asgraduating from the 231st FBI National Academy in 2007, according to MPD.

Captain Rens has 28 years of law enforcement experience,the last 22 years at MPD, where he has served as a patrol officer, a patrol sergeant, and most recently as a patrol lieutenant. Captain Rens is a 2003 graduate of the Southern Police Institute Command Officers Development Course.
Lieutenant Rozeski has 12 years of experience as a Muskego Police Officer, including assignments as a patrol officer and most recently as a patrol sergeant. Lieutenant Rozeski is a tactical officer and serves as a department instructor in several disciplines
