Muskego Man Charged With Incest

A 26-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he allegedly had sex with his sister after they spent the night drinking at a bar and she then passed out in his bed.

According to the criminal complaint, the suspect—who isn’t being named by Patch in order to protect the identity of the victim—went drinking with his sister on Aug. 1 at a bar in Big Bend, but they left around 10:45 p.m. after she got sick in the parking lot. They then went back to his house where she passed out in his bed.

However, she was woken up later with her brother on top of her and sexually assaulting her. He then tried to force oral sex on her, but she turned away and was eventually able to get off the bed, then went to the bathroom where she tried to contact someone to pick her up.

She left the residence and called the Muskego police who later found her walking down Crowbar Road.

Officers then arrested the suspect, who denied the assault.

The man is charged with one count of incest and one count of attempted incest and could face up to nearly 19 years in prison and $37,500 in fines if convicted. He’s currently out of custody and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
