PHOTO GALLERY: Ride Rumbles and Remembers

Ride to Remember makes a loud statement as it rolls into Muskego Saturday afternoon for a little lunch.

Hundreds of motorcycles made their way into Muskego from the south as they traveled throughout southeastern Wisconsin to remember firefighters and raise money for the state memorial in Wisconsin Rapids.

The 9th annual Ride of Remembrance paid a visit to Muskego as it brought about 700 motorcyclists and 900 riders to stop at the Tess Corners Fire Station No. 1 for a brief bite to eat before they continued on their ride, which began at the in Greenfield. The riders traveled from Muskego to Stone Bank and Dousman before their final stop in East Troy.

Residents took advantage of a lazy afternoon to pull up a blanket or chair along the route and snap a few pictures. If you have any of your own that you'd like to share, feel free to upload them.
