Police Seeking Information on Suspicious Man

Recent incidents where a man motioned for a 12-year-old to get into his car has led police to a possible suspect, but absent of any broken laws, they aren't able to make any arrests. Further help from the public is being sought.

A man has been identified in a couple of incidents where he approached a Muskego boy and tried to get him into his car, however Muskego Police need the public to help before they can make any arrests.

According to a release from MPD, on Monday, Sept. 3, a Muskego mom reported a man in a light blue, older four-door vehicle, license #597-JAY, approached her 12 year old son and motioned for him to get in his car. The boy refused, and the subject then left the area. This same mom reported a similar incident involving the same subject on May 26. Both incidents occurred in the W18200 block of Janesville Rd.

The driver is described as an older white male, with white hair and a beard. A possible driver has been identified, and officers are actively investigating. At this time police have received no other complaints, no reports that this man has made physical contact with any children, and he has not broken any laws. However, police would like to speak with him.
