Waukesha Man Caught Selling Marijuana in Bluhm Park
Suspect, 18, faces four years in prison after report of suspicious activity in Muskego park leads to police uncovering a drug deal.
A, 18-year-old Waukesha man is facing up to four years in prison after police found him selling marijuana Sunday in a Muskego park.
According to the criminal complaint, officers received a call at 8:20 p.m. Sunday after a person reported seeing David J. Stupek and another man park near the basketball court in and walk into a wooded area. Upon arriving, Stupek and another man admitted smoking marijuana in the wooded area, with both of them carrying the drug.
Stupek then admitted he sold the other man 1.5 grams of marijuana for $25. Police then searched his car and found another 3.8 grams of the drug and a digital scale.

Stupek was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of manufacture and delivery of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, one count of possession of THC and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
