Wrong Delivery Leads to Pot Bust

Box of supplies from 'Green Addiction' reaches the wrong address, but leads police to arrest two Muskego residents for possession of THC

A misdirected package from a website called 'Green Addiction' was brought to the Muskego Police Department's attention on Oct. 29, leading them to make two arrests for possession of THC, the chemical found in marijuana.

According to police reports:

A man brought in a box that was delivered to his residence in error to the Muskego Police Department around 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 29. He told officers that he noted the return address was to a place called Green Addiction, and was suspicious. After reviewing the website, he realized much of the supplies sold could be used for smoking marijuana and other drugs.

Police went to the address listed on the box in the 7700 block of Pioneer Drive to find the resident there, an 18-year-old woman, as well a 16-year-old and two 17-year-old boys. According to the report, officers noted the strong odor of burning marijuana and as the woman allowed them into the apartment, admitted she had been smoking pot.

A search of the residence revealed several glass pipes on the living room table, as well as several large bongs and pipes and a jar of marijuana in a bedroom closet.
