Janesville Road Work Shifts to North Side
Part of the south side of Janesville Road opened Wednesday as the reconstruction project continues.
Motorists saw a new traffic pattern on Janesville Road Wednesday afternoon as construction shifts to the north side of the street.
Drivers are now using the south side of Janesville Road just east of the Racine Avenue intersection. Officials say the entire expanded roadway should be open by November.
Janesville Road has been under construction since 2012. The project features two additional lanes and medians and a complete reconstruction of the street.
