Meeting Preview: Plan Commission Reviews Walmart, and A New Medical Clinic to Move in Next to Kohl's

Annual review results discussed on the retailer, with a building, site and operation plan for a new medical clinic also on the agenda.

Walmart will have had its doors opened in Muskego for a year now, and with that a review of how good a neighbor its been will be discussed at the Plan Commission meeting at Tuesday night at 6pm.

In addition, a building, site and operation plan will be reviewed by the commission for a 25,000 square foot medical building, which will be constructed to the west of Kohl's on the east side of Moorland Road.

Briohn Building Corporation is requesting the plans to be approved, and is not revealing the name of the eventual tenant.  However, renderings bear a resemblance to many Aurora clinics, including one in New Berlin and the Lakeside Clinic in Muskego.

A Pro Health Care Clinic is located on Janesville Road, less than a quarter mile from the proposed new construction.

The Plan Commission meets in City Hall in the lower level Muskego room.
