Muskego Keeps Door Open For Dog Park

Muskego doesn't have space for a dog park now but has outlined how it would handle one should the opportunity arise, according to a report.

Muskego doesn't have space for a dog park now, but it has outlined how it would handle one should a proposal come along, according to a Muskego NOW report.

Craig Anderson, director of parks, recreation and forestry, told the newspaper that interest in a dog park is strong based on how often the city is asked about it.

While the city doesn't currently have space in any of its parks for a 10-acre dog park, the Parks and Recreation Commission outlined how responsibilities would be divvied up and addressed aspects such as fencing, parking and rules, according to the report.
