New Collision Repair Business Approved by Plan Commission

Morgan's Collision Repair will break ground across from new Frey Auto along Muskego's south side; temporary garden sales allowed for Ace Hardware.

Seen as a great complement to a planned new car dealership on Loomis Road, Morgan's Collision Repair received the green light from the Muskego Plan Commission Tuesday night to build a new auto repair facility.

The business will feature a 5,660 square foot building that will house a paint booth, wash bay and areas for estimating and repair on a nearly 2.5 acre parcel. The business will face the across Highway 36, which many on the commission saw as a good complement to that business.

Nathan Laurent, project manager with Keller Architects, which is constructing the building, said they hoped to get started with building by June 2012, and complete it by the end of September. Keller is also in charge of Frey's construction plan, which Laurent said will have a similar schedule.
