The Common Council of the City of Muskego will hold a Public Hearing at 7 p.m., or shortly thereafter, on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, in the Muskego Room of City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Avenue, to consider the following upon the petition of the City of Muskego:
Upon the petition of Don Reidy (on behalf of Howard & Rae Schmidt) shall the following area known as
Tax Key Number 2175.996/W187 S7160 Gold Drive
Be granted a zoning reconfiguration with the existing RL-3 - Lakeshore Residence District and the existing SW - Shoreland Wetland District for the purpose of properly identifying the non-wetland areas of the property.
