Bay Lane Fields Get a Little 'Green'-er
Investment in baseball fields by Muskego Athletic Association will replace fencing, benches at three of the four playing areas at Bay Lane Middle School.
Recently, improvements were made to the baseball facilities at Bay Lane Middle School. The fences and benches on all of the baseball fields have needed attention for some time now and with the uncertainty of the past school referendums nothing was ever done about it.
Beginning Friday some of those much needed repairs will took place, and are expected to be completed by the end of the weekend. The Muskego Athletic Association voted unanimously Wednesday evening to invest the money, which amounted to several thousand dollars, to repair and replace the fences, posts and benches at Bay Lane Fields #2, 3 & 4.
The work was performed by J & R Fence out of Waukesha and will be a noticeable upgrade to the facilities in addition to making it a safer environment for the families that play and watch games there.
