Muskego Wrestlers Post Strong Results at State
The Muskego High School wrestling team took to state on Thursday for the WIAA tournament, and have made a strong statement so far.
According to Prep Zone results from Friday's matches at the state individual wrestling tournament at the Kohl Center included advances in the semifinal round by Jordan Gruettner and Roland Dunlap, as well as a win by Austin Quartullo in the consolation semifinals.
Justin Scherkenbach lost in an overtime match against Joe Umlauf from Wausau West.
In addition, JS Online has placed Gruettner and Dunlap, both seniors, on "champions watch." and are hoping to finish high school with a second title.
