The Week Ahead: June 3 - June 9

The city gets back to work with meetings, while a long day on Tuesday heralds the end of the statewide recall.

Last week's quiet due to the holiday falling on Monday has been replaced by a slate of meetings at city hall as well as a full day across the city for the recall election.

Here's what we're expecting:

City/school district meetings

Monday, June 4 - 7:30 p.m., Muskego-Norway School Board,

Tuesday, June 5 -

  • Polls open 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Plan Commission, 6 p.m., City Hall Muskego room

Wednesday, June 6 - Public Safety, 6 p.m, City Hall Alderman's room

Thursday, June 7 - Little Muskego Lake District, 7 p.m., City Hall Alderman's room

Featured on Muskego Patch: Tuesday's historic election will get the royal treatment, with daylong coverage of what's happening at the polls, race results and local turnouts and a live blog as well as the polls come to a close.

In addition, any news coming out of the above meetings will be highlighted.

Stories I'm working on: the changing of the guard at Muskego-Norway School District, what our class of 2012 looks like, and any breaking news that comes our way.
