Muskego Grad Pushing For Starting Spot on Badgers O-Line

Kyle Costigan had knee surgery in the offseason after starting nine games, including the Rose Bowl, last year.

Muskego High School graduate Kyle Costigan is still on the road to recovery following knee surgery and trying to regain his spot on the Wisconsin Badgers' offensive line, as the Journal Sentinel reports

Last season, the Wind Lake native was the starter at right guard for nine games, including the Rose Bowl. But he had surgery on his right knee during the offseason and missed winter conditioning and spring practices, the newspaper reported.

The Badgers, with new head coach Gary Andersen, open the season Aug. 31 against UMass.
