Muskego Youth Finish Another Strong Club Hoops Season
Youth basketball programs have completed competition this year, and looks forward to its 10th year; player evaluations will begin for next season in September
(Editor's note: thanks to Tammy Dunn, with Muskego Parks and Recreation Department for passing the news on this successful program along) The Muskego Parks and Recreation Club Boys and Girls Warriors Basketball programs have wrapped up another great year. Since the 2003/2004 season, we have been providing club basketball opportunities for Muskego boys and girls desiring to play competitive basketball. In this, our 9th year, we were proud to have 62 young ladies and 78 young men participate with our Club in the 2011/12 season. Congratulations to the teams that won their divisions and league tournaments. Our Girls Club participates in the Metro South Girls Basketball League and our Boys Club participates in the Wisconsin Youth Basketball …

I wish Tammy Dunn would have the girls on their own teams. It's hard when their is 1 girl on each team, I realize there are not enough for their own league but then have just 2 teams all girls & they can still play against the boys. That would mean they would get the ball, be comfortable & have more fun.   more ›
