Nutrition Re-Emphasized at Muskego Fitness Facility
Weight loss struggles aren't solved by working out more, and clients are being counseled more on nutrition.
Based on what we've been undergoing at 'boot camp,' the idea of sweat equity equaling weight loss is no longer the case. While cardio and conditioning help to build muscle, and burn calories at a higher rate, it's really about the weight you lift at the end of your fork that makes all the difference. Most recently, Curves’ in Muskego has undergone a rebranding effort to step up their image of being a “30-minute fitness and weight loss center.” According to owner Gail Levin, "This November the theme of our annual convention was the 'Reinvention Convention.'
