Is Our Constitution Still Relevant? Students' Answers Win Awards

The VFW's 'Voice of Democracy' video essay competition awarded two MHS girls, who will go on to compete for additional scholarship dollars.

The Muskego Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) recently awarded two Muskego High School Students for their winning essays in the Voice of Democracy competition. The annual contest seeks to have students answer a question about their country, and this year's question was 'Is Our Constitution Still Relevant?' Students must submit a video response to the question, and are judged on the content and thought put into their response. Dale Kuss, Chairman of the Patriots Pen and Voice of Democracy competition for the Veterans of Foreign Wars,and Chris Stamborski, Post Commander for Muskego VFW Post 8171, presented certificates to Freshman Anna Li and Junior Anna Aiuppa, who also were awarded a monetary prize.
