The crime report from the Muskego Police Department was short and sweet, which is the way it should be. Saturday, March 3 – A 35 year old Wind Lake woman was arrested for employee theft at Kohl’s Department Store. Sunday March 4 – Tuesday, March 6 – Wednesday, March 7 – A resident in the W12700 block of Somerset Dr. reported their yard lights were vandalized sometime during the night. William Feerick reaches plea agreement that will keep him out of jail if he stays out of trouble for the next six months.
A prominent Shorewood funeral home director who had faced felony drug charges may avoid jail time through an agreement with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office. William R. Feerick agreed to a deferred prosecution agreement this week for charges of possessing prescription pills and marijuana that were filed after a Muskego man overdosed on heroin in Feerick’s home in February. As part of the agreement, Feerick pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance, while one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, was dismissed. Although he pleaded guilty to a felony charge, Feerick could see the charges dropped to a misdemeanor and avoid jail time if he doesn’t commit any crimes in the next …

Drug charges filed against Muskego man after he approached woman whose home he had once burglarized.
A Muskego man who works at a Sussex golf course is facing multiple charges after being accused of staggering drunkenly toward a woman whose home he had once burglarized. According to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court: A woman was jogging near Five Iron Way and Woodside Road in Sussex on Monday when she noticed Adam M. Kazmierczak, 27, staggering toward her and then stopping in the middle of the roadway. The woman recognized him as the person who had previously burglarized her residence, so she ran back home and her husband alerted police. Police went to the Fairways of Woodside Golf Course, where they were told Kazmierczak was driving a utility vehicle around the course. They then began looking for him, but …
