Muskego Man Caught With Marijuana, Heroin in His Van While Driving Intoxicated
Suspect was found passed out in his van after witnesses call police to report an erratic driver.
A 26-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he was caught driving under the influence with marijuana and heroin inside his van. David M. Klejsmit was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs, one count of possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to 4 ½ years in prison and $12,600 in fines.
