'Off to Work to Shoot Heroin,' Man Tells Police

A Muskego man is charged with possession as police find drugs, cookers in his vehicle after a Hales Corners police officer notes suspicious driving behavior early in the morning.

A 30-year-old Muskego man is accused of driving through Hales Corners, then stopping for an extended period of time at an intersection with heroin in his car. Jordan M. Ebbott was charged in Milwaukee County Court Thursday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, he faces up to 1 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 5:40 a.m. Thursday, a Hales Corners police officer was on patrol in the 5800 block of South 108th Street, when he stopped at the intersection of Janesville Road. While stopped, the officer saw a Chevrolet Malibu in the left turn lane stopped 25 feet before the stop line and not moving despite there being a green light.
