Muskego woman was 83, and will be remembered by family and friends on March 15.
From Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home in Muskego: Muskego resident Joan M. Bachleitner died peacefully on Saturday March 2, at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert for 59 years. Dear mother of Donald (Mona), Janet (Roy) McKnight, Barbara (Tie) Bennett, Rick, Allan, Randy (the late Carol), the late Russell (Susie), Brian (Joanne), and Bob Bachleitner. Sister of Betty Sutton of Florida, Daniel (Elizabeth) Rainer of Arizona and Rosalyn Rainer of Milwaukee. Cherished grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by one grandchild, Andy. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Bachleitner was also a grateful member of the Thursday night AA Group meeting at Sacred Heart Monastery. …

Walker. Loving mother of Marcia S. (Mike) Ryback, Debra A. (Anthony) Orlando, Mary Jo Garinger and Joseph P. Carlone. Grandmother of Melissa (Joshua) Kraner, Brett Ryback, Rachel Orlando, Anthony M. Orlando, Amy Jo Garinger and Alec Garinger. Great-grandmother of Kaiya Jo Kraner and Bryce Kraner. Sister of Gerald (Rosie) Kuchera, Joan Thomas, Barbara Obselka and the late Janet Hinkes. Think about donating unneeded clothing to a unique cause.
Going through your winter clothes? Now's the time to think about donating outgrown or no-longer needed warm clothes as part of Operation Sweaters for Veterans, a unique way to honor our nation's heros. Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Homes, in conjunction with Veterans & Family Memorial Care, will collect donate gently-used sweaters and gloves now through Veterans Day, Nov. 12, with the donated items going to vets in VA hospitals or in veterans' homes. This includes the Muskego location on Westwood Drive, just off of Janesville Road. Organizers of the program hope the small gesture of donating warm clothing will help everyone remember the sacrifices veterans have made for our country.
