Sabotage? Caledonia Man Claims He, and Others, Plan to Shred Signed Walker Recall Petitions

Facebook and Twitter are abuzz about plans to undermine efforts to collect 540,000 signatures to recall Gov. Scott Walker. One Caledonia resident says those efforts are real.
