Franklin Man Run Over After Getting Ride Home from a Bar, Police Say

A Hales Corners man is accused of driving another man home from a bar then running him over with his pickup truck while the victim is trying to get his bicycle out of the back.

A 68-year-old Hales Corners man is accused of running over another man he dropped off at a Franklin junkyard after a night of drinking at an area tavern. Harvey W. Pulver was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated and causing injury. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 4:18 p.m. Dec. 22, Franklin police officers were called to Durham Auto Salvage and Sales, 10568 S. 124th St., after someone reported a truck in a ditch in the area. Speeding Muskego Man Charged With 2nd OWI in Two Months

Man, 26, who is convicted in July of drunk driving faces charges again after speeding through Hales Corners with a damaged car.

A 26-year-old Muskego man is facing drunk driving charges after he was caught allegedly speeding through Hales Corners with fresh damage to his car. Christopher A. Hartson was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $1,100 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Aug. 4, a Hales Corners police officer spotted Hartson doing 66 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour speed zone in the 10000 block of West Forest Home Avenue. Muskego Woman Charged After Drugged Driving on I-94

Suspect, 26, told police she though she was on northbound I-43 and on her way to visit a friend in Milwaukee.

A 36-year-old Muskego woman is facing charges after she was driving very slowly down I-94 after taking pills. Sarah K. Frey was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, she faces up to eight months in prison and $2,100 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 12:04 a.m. Jan. 19, police were called when drivers near 124th Street reported a car driving erratically in the westbound lane.
