A warrant has been issued for a Rockford, IL, man's arrest after he was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.
A 22-year-old Rockford, IL, man is accused of sexually assaulting a Muskego teenager after going to a concert with her family on April 20, according to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Gene C. Grey was charged Wednesday with sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years initial confinement in prison and $100,000 fines. Grey was investigated by the Muskego Police Department after a woman and her 15-year-old daughter reported the sexual assault. The teenage girl told police officers she woke up to find Grey on top of her. A 48-year-old man tells police he was grabbed inappropriately in the restroom of a Muskego Kwik Trip by a 17-year-old, who says he was just in a hurry to use the restroom.
A Muskego teen could face fourth-degree sexual assault charges in Waukesha County Court after reports state he grabbed a man inappropriately in a convenience store restroom. According to Muskego Police reports: A man using a restroom stall at Kwik Trip on March 6 claimed he heard the 17-year-old enter the room, and walk up to the door to the point the man felt he would peer over it into the stall. He told the teen that he would be finished shortly, and the teen replied he was OK with it, according to the report. Daniel R. Schmidt was charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Muskego boy he met on Skout.com, a mobile flirting website back in June. The court will hear his case in Milwaukee County in February. However, additional charges in Waukesha County also were filed shortly after that incident, for which Schmidt pleaded guilty, and he will learn what his sentence on those charges will be Monday afternoon. A 19-year-old Muskego man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl after a night of drinking at his grandparent’s home. Cody R. Lewis was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Two reported about 15 incidents of indecent behavior by a 13-year-old sitter.
Muskego Police are continuing to investigate a report of sexual assault by a 13-year-old Muskego boy who was babysitting a 7-year-old and an 8-year-old boy. According to police reports, officers were contacted on Oct. 31 after the 7-year-old told his parents that he was asked by the sitter to lift his shirt and lower his pants to expose himself to the older boy. Another 8-year-old boy corroborated the story, indicating he had also been asked to do the similar things. The boys stated that they were also indecently touched by the older child, and had recalled about 15 such incidents where they were asked to play "naked games," according to reports. 21-year-old suspect faces more than two years in prison after authorities say he grabbed the buttocks of two women and lied to police about it.
A 21-year-old Waukesha County man was charged Friday in connection with the sexual assaults of two women near the Marquette University campus last week. Kendrick L. Mitchell of Oconomowoc is accused of grabbing the buttocks of both women in two separate incidents and then lying to police about it. He was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and one count of obstructing an officer. Waukesha man will proceed to trial after picking up 13-year-old Muskego boy and performing sexual acts with him in the park in a case that has caused a social networking website to partially suspend operations.
A Waukesha man accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Muskego boy he met on a dating web site will proceed to trial. Daniel R. Schmidt, 21, waived his preliminary hearing Friday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Schmidt, who is free on $5,000 bail, went past reporters before and after the hearing without answering questions, but his attorney, Jonathan LaVoy, said he hopes to work out a resolution with prosecutors as the case proceeds.
