Ride for Stacy a Success
Friends and supporters rode to raise awareness and more than $4,000 to help Muskego native battle cancer.
Friend of Stacy Young Barb Jozwicki was enthusiastic in reporting the results of the 'Ride for Stacy' on July 21. "We raised almost $4000.00! The deposit was made today at US Bank, however the donations are still coming in!" she said. About 40 motorcycles and many more supporters attended the event, which began and ended at Danny Haskell's Pub. The business got behind efforts to help Young, who is a Muskego High School graduate and avid volunteer with American Cancer Society events herself, in hopes of offsetting the cost of her own cancer treatment and to help Young with personal expenses as she cannot work.
