4th OWI Charge for Man Enroute from the Falls to West Bend, Via Muskego

A Greendale man in apparent need of a GPS is accused of his fourth drunk driving charge and tells a police officer he's upset because he just found out his wife is cheating on him.

  A 45-year-old Greendale man is accused of driving drunk through Muskego while he was on his way to West Bend because he was upset his wife was cheating on him. Jose R. Rodriguez was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of fourth offense operating while intoxicated within a five year period, one count of failing to install an ignition interlock device and one count of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of his license. If convicted, he faces up to 4 ½ years in prison and $13,500 in fines.
