The 17-year-old Muskego girl was with a 22-year-old Greenfield man in Milwaukee shooting heroin according to reports, when she overdosed. After recovering in the hospital, she now faces prison time
In an all-too familiar scenario, a Muskego girl was revived after a heroin overdose on April 14, but now faces a prison sentence and possible fines in Milwaukee County court for possession of narcotic drugs. According to the criminal complaint: Police responded to a McDonald's at 1575 W. Washington Street in Milwaukee for what was determined to be a heroin overdose. The 17-year-old was lying on the ground and unresponsive, and was transported to a hospital for treatment. Jacob Lichtenberger, 22, of Greenfield told police he was the one who called them but denied knowing the girl. Later, reports state Lichtenberger admitted that the girl was in his vehicle where they both injected heroin together when she slumped over. Police recovered …

Police and EMTs responded to an overdose call in March 2012, saving the 32-year-old man's life, but he is now charged for possession
Muskego Police responded to a call of a possible overdose on March 15, 2012, and found a 32-year-old man unresponsive in his bedroom. Tess Corners rescue arrived on scene and were able to resuscitate the man, but he now is facing multiple charges of drug possession in Waukesha County Circuit Court. According to the criminal complaint: Police arrived on the scene of Joseph Plemons' home shortly after midnight, and after the man was resuscitated, they spoke with his wife, who said she found a heroin cooker and cap for a syringe on their dresser. She said her husband had a history of using the drug over the past ten years, and had recently gotten out of rehab. A search of the room also uncovered four small "bricks" of heroin and a bottle …

Muskego police blotter indicates a bad week for "cars v. fill-in-the-blank."
If you're a body shop owner, this week's police blotter could make you smile. Two separate indicidents involving mailbox damage were reported, along with a car vs. deer, and car vs. mayor likely has the vehicles' owners in need of their services. On Friday, Oct. 5, a homeowner in the S6600 block of Hillendale Drive reported he came home to find his lawn and mailbox damaged by an unknown vehicle. The following day, an officer on patrol found a mailbox in the road in the area of College Avenue and Martin Drive, which had been struck and damaged by an unknown vehicle. Separate but identical scenarios play out this week as two men overdose on heroin, but are resuscitated and now face charges
Police are reporting the two separate incidents where suspects overdosed on heroin within 12 hours of one another. The first occured on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at 8:32 p.m., where rescue personnel were called to revive 39 year old Muskego man, who had suffered a heroin overdose. He was resuscitated, but now faces charges for possession of heroin. Less than 12 hours later, the same scene played out as a call placed at 7:04 a.m. brought rescue personnel to attend to a a 17 year old Muskego boy who also suffered a heroin overdose. He was resuscitated and survived, and will face charges for heroin possession. Suspects go to Waterford to get some food and use heroin, but one of them overdoses after injecting himself.
Three Muskego men are facing charges after they went to go get ice cream then shoot up heroin in Waterford Tuesday. Nicholas Michael Diels, 19, Nicholas D. Sullivan, 18 and Darren J. Gauthier, 20 were charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, Diels and Gauthier face up to 3 ½ years in prison and Sullivan faces up to four years in prison. According to the criminal complaint: Racine County sheriff’s deputies were called to the 900 block of West Main Street after Diels passed out and wasn’t breathing.
