Incest Case Moves to Trial, No Plea Entered Yet
A Muskego man is charged with assaulting his sister, who has since filed a temporary restraining order against him; trial date has been set for March 5
A disturbing case of incest out of Big Bend involving a Muskego man and his sister will go to trial March 5. However, the defendant, who is charged with one count of incest and one count of attempted incest, has again delayed entering a plea in the case. Earlier attempts by the defense to reduce his $10,000 cash bond had been denied by the court. A hearing on Tuesday proved fruitless as the defense again requested more time to enter a plea, however Judge William Domina moved the case forward without a plea, giving them until the Feb. 28 jury status hearing to do so. Muskego Man Charged With Incest
Suspect allegedly assaults his sister after a night of drinking at a Big Bend bar.
A 26-year-old Muskego man is facing charges after he allegedly had sex with his sister after they spent the night drinking at a bar and she then passed out in his bed. According to the criminal complaint, the suspect—who isn’t being named by Patch in order to protect the identity of the victim—went drinking with his sister on Aug. 1 at a bar in Big Bend, but they left around 10:45 p.m. after she got sick in the parking lot. They then went back to his house where she passed out in his bed. However, she was woken up later with her brother on top of her and sexually assaulting her. He then tried to force oral sex on her, but she turned away and was eventually able to get off the bed, then went to the bathroom where she tried to contact …

The fact is, is that this is incest! Regardless of consent or lack thereof. Incest is defined as sexual contact with a blood related person. I won't go into the whole second cousin thing, because as siblings, this is as close as you can get. I believe the charge is correct. more ›
