Man Charged in Sexual Assault of 12-Year-Old Muskego Girl
Girl had met several times with 20-year-old man she friended on Facebook; police were contacted by her father after seeing her leave with the man in his vehicle.
A 20-year-old Mukwonago man has been charged with 2nd degree sexual Assault of a child after admitting to police he had inappropriate contact with a 12-year-old girl. The girl's father reported seeing her leave with the man, Zachary Franck, in his vehicle in front of their Muskego home, and called police but it was evidence seen on the girl's Facebook page that led to his identity. Franck faces a possible $10,000 fine, 15 years in prison or both if the maximum sentence is imposed. According to the criminal complaint: Muskego Police were sent to the girl's home on Sept. 17 on the report from her father that she was seen leaving without permission with a man not known to the family.
