A 24-year-old Muskego man is accused of having a crackpipe and heroin paraphernalia by his feet during a traffic stop in Mount Pleasant. Erik W. Kopidlowski was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $500 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 3:07 p.m. Dec. 21, a Racine County sheriff’s deputy pulled over a car headed eastbound on Highway 20 from Oakes Road after he noticed the car had dark tint, a broken rear passenger side window and a “for sale” sign in the rear window. A 30-year-old Muskego man is accused of driving through Hales Corners, then stopping for an extended period of time at an intersection with heroin in his car. Jordan M. Ebbott was charged in Milwaukee County Court Thursday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, he faces up to 1 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 5:40 a.m. Thursday, a Hales Corners police officer was on patrol in the 5800 block of South 108th Street, when he stopped at the intersection of Janesville Road.
